In Etteplan Group, data that relates to our own company and our customers is handled in a way that fulfils the requirements on retaining, destroying and disclosing information as defined in our quality system for confidential and secret information. We expect the same from our suppliers.

Any customer data and material that exists in our information systems and our premises are only accessible to authorised persons. We do not disclose any information relating to our customers to third parties.

We invest in:

  • Data protection in all our activities.
  • The high usability and reliability of our information systems.
  • Training our people on data protection requirements and the agreed procedures.
  • Developing and maintaining our own operational environment and premises so that the set level of data protection is maintained in all our activities.
  • We also actively follow the requirements set on data protection by the development of legislation and technology.
