  Project in Brief

North-West Power Plant in St. Petersburg is a CCGT-type power plant producing electric power 2 x 450 MW and district heat 2 x 400 MW.


Main Contractor was a finnish-german consortium P.S.I .(Polar-Siemens-IVO). Main buildings (653 350 m3) were delivered by Fortum Engineeringin (former IVO International).


Etteplan was responsible for Lighting, HVAC electrification, small power and telecommunication systems from the basic design phase until the handing-over of the project. The assignment included basic and detailed design as well as different types of supply management and site services.
