Organic growth is based on the following focus areas in business


  1. Growth in key accounts: Etteplan seeks organic growth by growing its current key accounts.
  2. Revenue growth through high value-added services: Etteplan’s key strategic goal is to leverage the competitive advantage derived from high value-added Managed Services, and to increase their share of total revenue. Managed Services enhance Etteplan’s capacity management and increase the profitability of our operations.
  3. Growth in the sales of technical documentation solutions:  The Company’s technical documentation service solutions are unique in its field.
  4. Growth in business operations in China: Etteplan has developed operating models that make it easy to relocate engineering and technical documentation work to China. In addition we leverage the fast growing Chinese domestic markets.
  5. Digitalization: Etteplan’s embedded systems and IoT services, combined with engineering services and technical documentation solutions, give the Company a significant competitive advantage in the market.

Financial responsibility

Profitability is a basic precondition for responsible business. Etteplan’s revenue and operating profit continued to grow in 2017. Revenue grew by 16.8 per cent to EUR 214.8 (183.9) million. Our operating profit was EUR 15.5 (10.1) million. We pay taxes on our profits in all of the countries we operate in. Etteplan’s operations have significant economic impacts on many different stakeholders arising from the taxes, wages, dividends and financial expenses that we pay. Read more
