ETTEPLAN: BUSINESS TRANSFER AGREEMENT OF ARVATO AG ACQUISITION COMPLETED Etteplan Oyj published on October 26, 2015 the signing of a business transfer agreement with arvato AG, a Bertelsmann Group company. The requirements of closing the business transfer agreement have been fulfilled in planned time schedule and the acquisition has been completed on December 31, 2015. The acquired business includes technical documentation services in Germany and in the Netherlands. The acquisition comprises arvato Technical Information B.V. as well as the part of arvato services technical information GmbH, which provides technical documentation services to industrial machine and equipment manufacturers as well as the defense industry. The acquired business employs 35 persons in the Netherlands and Germany. The business operations and personnel will be transferred to Etteplan on January 1, 2016. As part of the acquisition, Etteplan and arvato AG have agreed on strategic co-operation. With this business transfer agreement Etteplan strengthens its position in Central Europe as a service provider in technical documentation and commences business operations in the German market.
