Etteplan's engineering unit in Kouvola, Finland, has been doing energy analysis already for two decades. It all started with pulp and paper mills but now energy analysis are done also for saw mills, food production facilities, recycling industry - basically all kinds of production units.
Etteplan’s almost 400 plant engineering experts in Finland, Sweden and China carry out demanding plant engineering projects all over the world including Russia, where we have the permit by SRO (Self-Regulated Organization) for engineering and supervision. Etteplan has executed several projects in Russia for customers setting up production facilities, logistics centers and buildings
- Etteplan’s established position as Outotec’s engineering partner is now starting to bring in plant engineering projects.
Etteplan has secured a significant order from Outotec concerning the planning of process piping for a digestion plant to be constructed in Turkey. Eti Bakir’s new plant in Mazidagi is expected to be inaugurated by the end of 2016. The plant will be manufacturing fertilizers, sulphuric acid, metals and metallic compounds.
