Daniel Stor: Spreading joy and creativity

Daniel is one of our talented technical illustrators here at Etteplan. With a passion for both technology and creativity, he works on creating assembly instructions, operator manuals, workshop manuals, and illustrated parts lists (IPLs), among other things. His work is versatile and spans across various projects, including both 3D and 2D illustrations as well as AR projects. Daniel maintains close communication with customers to find the best solutions. He always strives to create cost-effective and clear illustrations that can be understood without text, making them accessible to a wider audience.

Daniel is an expert in his field and takes great pride in his work at Etteplan. However, he also approaches work with a humble attitude and acknowledges that there are always opportunities to learn and grow. "I’m proud of my job and always look forward to taking on new projects where I can learn something new. You shouldn’t get too comfortable in how you approach certain tasks — trying to find new solutions that lead to better results is the fun part," he says.

This constant pursuit of improvement and learning is what drives him forward and keeps his work fresh and innovative. He enjoys what he does and loves being creative and working on different projects. The flexibility of the job is also something he truly values.

"I personally love going to the office and being around my colleagues — it’s a great atmosphere. But at the same time, it’s really comforting to know that I can stay home for whatever reason, even if it's just a slight cough or something," he says, highlighting the caring work environment at Etteplan.

At the office and within his team, Daniel helps build a genuine sense of community by bringing people together with his kindness and humor. He spreads joy and helps create activities that make everyone feel included at the office. His positive energy and way of making others feel at ease make him a truly appreciated colleague.

Outside of work, he loves taking care of his plants, going to concerts, playing music, and spending time with his partner and their two rabbits. He also has a passion for collecting plant cuttings, showing his caring and creative nature beyond the workplace. His positive energy, joy-spreading nature, and technical expertise make him an indispensable part of our team at Etteplan.
