Etteplan Oyj, Web Release, July 23, 2026

Etteplan Poland has been granted the Internal Compliance Programme (ICP) certificate, known internationally as an Export Control compliance framework, by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification (PCBC), confirming the company’s compliance with Polish regulations on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance.

Certificate no. W-686/1/2026, valid from 20 May 2026 to 19 May 2029, was issued under Art. 11(2) of the Act of 29 November 2000 on foreign trade in goods, technologies and services of strategic importance for national security and for the maintenance of international peace and security. The certificate covers export, intra-EU transfers, brokering services, technical assistance, import, and transit of goods, technologies and services of strategic importance.

The certification confirms that Etteplan Poland has implemented and operates a structured internal compliance programme covering classification and risk assessment of potential dual-use activities. Dual-use refers to technologies and services that can be applied for both civilian and military or security-related purposes – an increasingly relevant consideration across the technology and engineering sectors in which Etteplan operates.

Etteplan Poland is a member of the Polish Dual-Use Chamber (PIDU) . The Internal Compliance Programme certification adds a further layer of formal compliance infrastructure, enabling Etteplan Poland to operate with legal certainty in regulated and defence-related sectors and to serve clients for whom verified compliance procedures are a precondition for cooperation.

“This certificate reflects the work we have done to build a structured and reliable compliance framework in Poland. For our clients in regulated industries, it is a concrete signal that working with Etteplan means working with a partner who takes legal obligations seriously and has the procedures in place to act on them, ” says Maciej Sibiński, Sales Director of Etteplan in Poland.
