At the same time, international marketing terminology had to consistently align with corporate terminology - while maintaining a consistently high level of quality and keeping costs as low as possible.

  • Language suitability review for international marketing names: Ensuring that our customers' product names do not evoke negative associations in any target culture.
  • Quality assessment, including follow-up actions: Random checks in all target languages to identify and correct errors and to define preventive measures.
  • Knowledge management: Systematic documentation and dissemination of acquired expertise to all relevant user groups.
  • Terminology work in up to 40 target languages, including clarification and coordination of all technical terms and implementation of all changes and new entries in the relevant terminology systems to ensure consistently brand-aligned communication worldwide.
  • Quality assurance and optimization of all corporate translations, supported by a transparent quality assessment process tailored to each customer, which efficiently collects feedback on translation projects, evaluates it from a technical perspective, and translates it into clear corrective actions and sustainable improvements.
