Etteplan carried out a comprehensive eco-consulting project for Audiovisual Producers Finland (APFI) association. The project included a training series titled “Sustainable Development in Production Companies,” which reached 15 Finnish film and TV production companies from March 20 to May 8, 2025. The trainings were part of a broader initiative that offered an open event for all audiovisual industry stakeholders, presenting key findings on the state of sustainability in production companies.

Our customer, a leading British pharmaceutical company, commissioned the development of a software application for recording and analysing production data. The implementation was carried out under strict GMP requirements in order to guarantee the quality and safety of the pharmaceutical processes.

To enhance the efficiency and reliability of its spare parts services, Valmet partnered with Etteplan to implement an AI-powered solution that streamlines spare parts identification and management. 

A German chemical company in the pharmaceutical and crop protection sector awarded Etteplan the contract to replace the older remote IO components of CEAG/P+F LB-System with Siemens ET 200SP HA. The replacement was intended to improve reliability and introduce future-oriented technologies. The implementation was carried out in close coordination with the customer and included a detailed concept as well as planning, testing and support during installation.

As part of a comprehensive modernization project, the lighting in the production area of a German chemical company in the pharmaceutical and crop protection sector was converted from linear luminaires without LED technology to modern LED lighting. This included the planning and installation of a new energy distribution concept for 400V and 230V in the hazardous area.

This included the electrical and metrological conversion of the existing ventilation systems as well as the integration of new ventilation systems into the Siemens PCS7 control system.
