“Bin-e” means a better and cleaner world

Bin-e commissioned Etteplan’s technical documentation team in Poland to create functional and visually appealing user guide for the product. One of the main criteria was that the user guide had to present the product’s sophistication, but at the same time it had to be clear and concise for the end user’s convenience.

“We chose Etteplan because of their professional approach and guarantee of the high quality of the end product. We were convinced that the documentation is in good hands, so that we could focus on other product related topics.”

User-friendly user guides convey the high quality of the product

In order to create a user-friendly user guide, Etteplan’s team had to understand all the situations in which the product can be used in different environments, and by different users. Bin-e was particularly impressed by Etteplan’s professional and proactive attitude.

Bin-e was also very satisfied, because Etteplan could deliver the technical documentation for the product launch, in a very short time. In the meantime, Bin - e could focus on launching the product to the market, which is their core competence.
